[Seoul – November 6, 2020] Dunamu Inc. (CEO Sirgoo Lee), operator of the global digital asset exchange Upbit, today announced it will host the third annual Upbit Developer Conference (UDC) from November 30 (Mon.) to December 4 (Fri.). The five-day online-only event will be broadcast via the official UDC YouTube channel.
First held in September 2018, UDC is South Korea's first conference dedicated to blockchain developers, with programs focused on free exchange of ideas, in-depth discussions, and community building. Featuring presentations from global experts and extensive networking opportunities, last year’s event drew more than 2,500 attendees.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, UDC 2020 will be held as an online-only event. From November 30 to December 4, UDC 2020 will be broadcast on its official YouTube channel starting 11:30 a.m. (KST), with each day focusing on a different key issue or trend. The theme for UDC 2020 is “return blockchain * future; (Solving the Future with Blockchain)”. Featuring in-depth discussions and presentations from some of the world’s top blockchain experts, UDC 2020 plans to deliver a comprehensive look at how blockchain technology is shaping the future.
Information on major programs, speakers, and special events will be made available on the official UDC 2020 website.
“UDC has provided a forum for meaningful discussions for the blockchain industry and those passionate about the technology. This year’s event will focus on the latest blockchain trends as well as major issues facing the industry in 2021,” said a spokesperson for Dunamu. “Even though this year’s event is online-only, we plan to provide great content that will help viewers gain a better understanding where blockchain technology is headed in these uncertain times.”
